Grill 83 Announces New Lunch and Dinner Menus

Memphis, Tenn., Apr. 29, 2003 - Grill 83, Downtown Memphis' most intimate setting for gourmet dining, fine wines and specialty martinis, is pleased to announce its new lunch and dinner menus. (See menus below.)

Created by renowned Executive Chef Burk Wolf, Grill 83's new fare was developed with the warm-weather months in mind. "Memphis is a city with four distinct seasons, and it is important for Grill 83 to continually enhance our menu so that it is seasonally appropriate," says Wolf. "Our regular customers already have praised the new additions, and we are confident that our new customers will be pleased as well."

Grill 83 is located adjacent to the Madison Hotel in the former Tennessee Trust Building at 79 Madison Ave. The restaurant serves breakfast from 7 - 10 am daily; lunch from 11:30 am - 2 pm daily; dinner from 5:30 pm - 10 pm Monday thru Thursday, and Sunday; and dinner from 5:30 - 11 pm on Friday and Saturday. Madison Smoked Chicken Cobb
Shredded romaine and iceberg, smoked chicken, bacon, egg, avocado, tomato and maytag bleu cheese, finished with tangy ranch dressing.

Grill 83 Special Salads
On mixed greens, red onion, tomato, avocado, mango and scallions, ginger lime vinaigrette, black sesame seeds. Add seared Ahi tuna or grilled chicken.

Classic Caesar Salad
Anchovies and shaved reggiano parmesan. Add chicken or shrimp.
